ART ATTACK is an exhibition of work by KU Visual Art seniors at Art Emergency in Lawrence, KS. The show opening takes place March 29, 2019 from 5-9pm. Art Emergency is a studio warehouse that offers space for artists to work, display, and sell art. Some of my recent work will be included in this exhibition alongside some talented fellow students. The show occurs in conjunction with Final Fridays, a local event that takes place on the last friday of each month that highlights local artists and Lawrence arts and culture community. The University Daily Kansan wrote an article covering the event.

“Washed-Up, Trashed Reframed” is a sculpture exhibition and auction featuring work by KU’s Intercepting the Waste Stream sculpture class. The exhibition takes place Dec. 5-10 at the Lawrence Public Library, and the auction is a benefit for the Friend of the Kaw organization in Lawrence, KS. One of my works has been included in this exhibition. All works are made from recycled material and garbage collected from the Kaw River.
Recently, KU Marketing approached me and asked me what it was like to study visual art at the University of Kansas.
